Refund Policy
No refunds for services rendered.
As a customer you are responsible for understanding the following upon making a purchase from my site: I am offering both digitally transmitted, and non-tangible irrevocable goods and services. I do not issue refunds once I have received payment and begin processing an order. You also understand that because services from my site require contact by email to complete or retrieve an order, you agree that the email address you have provided is valid, working and is accessible to you. You also agree to allow mail from violetaura.com to not be blocked from entering your inbox to fulfill our service contract.
Receiving a psychic or oracle reading which might imply that a situation you have inquired about may not be heading in a direction you want or hope for it to, is not grounds for a refund. If you order a reading, other service or goods and receive the order, our service contract has been fulfilled.
Doing business with VioletAura.com does not guarantee that any projected outcomes from any services purchased will manifest itself.
I keep documents to properly record when services have been completed for my personal tax purposes. This data is retained and can be forwarded to my payment processor as proof of services rendered in the event of a dispute. If such a case should ever arise, I am open and willing to put effort forth to resolve any concerns or issues you claim to have experienced.
Refusal of Service
I reserve the right to refuse payment for any order, from any person or entity in exchange for service without citing an explanation.
Privacy Policy
VioletAura.com and my third-party payment processor(s) used for purchasing services are the sole owners of any information collected on this site.

- I may write to follow up with how you are doing with any progress on a matter or circumstance that we might have discussed, purely in the interest of knowing that a human being I made a connection with is doing okay. I do not solicit business by sending random emails solely to ask if you would like to purchase more services.
- If you have signed up for a newsletter you will get information to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
